30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item
 to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: The item must be in the exact same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, unwashed, and sealed, with no signs of wear or tampering.
  • Tags and Packaging: All original tags must be attached, and the product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging, including any branded boxes, pouches, or protective materials included in the original shipment.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. This can include your order confirmation email or invoice.

Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

To start a return, you can email us at support@shopbrellie.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return can not be accepted.

Free Gifts & Post-Purchase Offers

Please note that free gifts, bonus items, and post-purchase add-ons are not eligible for returns or refunds, whether used or unused.

Promotional Items and Free Gifts

If your original order included free items received as part of a promotion (e.g., "Buy One, Get One Free" or "Free Gift With Purchase"), please note the following:

  • Free promotional items are not eligible for refund or exchange, regardless of their condition.
  • Any limited-time post-purchase offers are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund due to the deeply discounted pricing provided during checkout. These exclusive deals are final sale and cannot be modified once the order is completed.
  • However, if you choose to return the originally paid item that qualified you for a free promotional item, you must also return the free item(s) in unused condition.
  • Failure to return the free item may result in a partial refund, with the value of the free item(s) deducted from your refund total.

Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable. These fees are paid directly to our shipping and fulfillment partners and cannot be refunded, even in the event of a return or cancellation.

To start a return, contact us at support@shopbrellie.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
